HLRB-7A3D七軸機器人是在庫卡機器人的基礎上（shàng），專為3D石雕工藝設計的自動化集成（chéng）二次開發產品，采用離線編程係統Sprut CAM對複雜三維（wéi）造型（xíng）雕塑自動化加工，配置可以靈活變更，具有工作速度快（kuài）、高精度(高速（sù）軸集成在手臂上)、多功（gōng）能（néng）、自動化、操作方便等優點（diǎn）。目前在異型石材雕刻、石膏產（chǎn）品雕刻、泡沫產品雕刻、陶瓷模具、玻（bō）璃（lí）鋼製品等圓雕、浮雕領域都已形成了核心技術的積累。
HLRB-7A3D 7 Axis Robot is an automation integrated and secondary developedproduct on the base of KUKA robot, specially  designed for 3D stone carving process, very strong, high- precision (high-speed shaft integrated in the arm), verstile and easy to operate.It uses the offline programming system Sprut CAM to perform complex workpiece processing. The configuration can be changed at will. The robot can work normally even in harsh environments, with a service life of up to 15 years and an average time between accidents as long as 70,000 hours.

（3) The software can realize the automation of complex 3D modelling sculpture processing
（4) Routing robots can produce more parts per hour than manual routing or CNC machine routing
